Detail-Oriented
I take care when designing courses and content, starting with the end goal and utilizing Backward Design and UDL principles. It’s important to have a clear roadmap and to design with sequence, flow, and engagement in mind.

I believe there’s power in collaborting with other people. I’m communicative and proactive when working on projects. I enjoy learning from others and sharing ideas. It’s important to give and receive feedback and to build relationships with a team.
